1. Perform the acquisition of complex system (materials, products and services), consistent with the target of Project cost, timing and quality;
完成复杂系统的购买（材料，产品和服务），符合项目成本、时间和质量的要求；
2. Perform other related duties as required by Project and Department;
完成由项目与部门提出的其它相关职责；

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for following the sourcing plan and purchase budget;
负责跟进采购计划和采购预算；
2. Implement purchase activities for assigned commodities;
完成指定商品的采购；
3. Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers, make price comparison;
收集现有的和潜在的供应商的报价，完成价格比较；
4. Work with Project Engineering and other related team members for verifying scope of supply;
与项目工程师和其他相关的团队成员一起完成供给范围确认；
5. Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with suppliers to reach company’s target;
主导与供应商的商业条款谈判以达到公司的目标；
6. Prepare recommendation and purchase orders according to company processes and sourcing policies;
根据公司的采购流程和政策准备提供推荐和下采购订单；
7. Follow up suppliers for on-time delivery, track the main milestones in the supply, apply payment plan for the suppliers;
跟进供应商供给的准时交货、主要的时间节点，制定付款计划；
8. Monitor supplier quality and project performance, follow up suppliers’ correction plan;
监控供应商的质量及项目执行情况，跟进供应商的改正计划；
9. Support the supply cost during the proposal phase of a project;
在项目制定方案阶段支持供给成本；
10. Drive commercial agreement with suppliers to have price list, payment terms, and annual rebate;
推动与供应商的商业协定，指定价目标，付款条件以及年度折扣；
11. Execute Cost analysis for assignment commodities, study the supply market for new opportunities of solutions and costs.
完成指定商品的成本分析，研究供给市场探寻新的方案及成本机会。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management;
本科及以上学历，机械制造及其自动化工程专业或者供应链管理专业；
2. At least 5 years experiences (international enterprise) in sourcing field, manufactory sourcing experience preferred;
至少5年以上采购领域相关工作经验（国际企业），工厂采购经验优先；
3. Strong negotiation and coordination skills with internal teams and the suppliers. Able to make reasonable decisions under tough situation;
具备与内部团队及供应商谈判协调的丰富经验与技巧，能够在困难情况下做出合理的决定；
4. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, a good team player;
有较强的自我激励和责任感，具有良好的团队合作精神；
5. Strong sense of timing controlling, logic thinking, target approaching;
具备较强的时间控制、逻辑思维、目标达成意识
6. Knowledge of contract law, international trade rule is a plus;
了解合同法，了解国际贸易条款更佳；
7. SAP is a plus;
会使用SAP软件更佳；
8. Good at both oral and written English。
优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力。
