PR:
Set up market-specific Content/Social/PR strategies for China for “always on” engagement with consumer
Run agency pitches based on the strategy to select the ideal agency/ies, define scope of work and set measurable targets/KPIs – in close cooperation with global digital procurement.
Launch On market-relevant platforms/channels in China
Set up annual content plans and be responsible for all needed materials - try to leverage synergies between all markets
Align plan with line manager and key account/ecommerce manager to negotiate for free resources on customer/platform media
Execute plan with agency (social and PR), monitor targets/KPIs closely and optimize plan accordingly
Advertising/Digital Campaign:
Responsible for digital campaigns in China to strengthen our brand awareness and/or introduce new products to the market
o Write campaign briefing to digital agency (&media agency).
o Try to leverage synergies in creation/content between all markets
o Challenge agency during the media selection process; define targets/KPIs, monitor closely and optimize campaign accordingly
Align story and execution with line manager & key account/ecommerce manager for instore/in platform campaign extension
Classical Brand management:
Cooperate with key account/ecommerce manager for assortment decisions – bringing in consumer insights and category trends.
Be the hub for all visual materials (key visuals, packshots, print, TV, videos etc.)
Define Gifting assortment with special packs, gift boxes and products for GWP to offer added value to our consumers/shoppers/fans
Loyalty program. If capacities, work out loyalty program for China
Qualification:
3-5 years digital experience preferred, ok to accept Agency Experiences
Familiar with lifestyle and social behaviors of Chinese
Open-minded, passionate about teamwork/winning together, global brands/ companies and quality proven products, entrepreneurial spirit, high responsibility for his/her job and strong/transparent communication skills
University degree
Fluent in English & Mandarin/ simplified Chinese
