职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The Project Manager (Manufacturing Process) will support the company Management to run the manufacturing smoothly, and report to the Manager of Projects Department (German). On this position, his responsibilities include but not limited to:

? Solving machining process problems arising in manufacturing in time, analyze the root cause to identify critical aspects and priorities for improvement, and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate
? Driving continuously manufacturing improvement programs, in all manufacturing engineering and production areas (e.g. product quality, work efficiency, staff technical skills, cost, and delivery etc.).
? Implement in process quality control to improve quality and productivity in the manufacturing line as well as reduce costs and minimize risk.
? Supporting to design and/or improve machining fixtures, tooling, devices and chucks for current or new products.
? Support localization project, work together with related departments (e.g. Technical Management, Procurement, Quality, Operations etc.) to evaluate the possibility of insourcing parts manufacturing and develop/implement proper manufacturing process to make sure the new products launch smoothly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Engineering or similar background with at least 5+ years supervisory experience.
? Specific experience in the operations in manufacturing industry, with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC machining engineering and management.
? Good English skills, both in oral and writing.
? Team work and good interpersonal skills.
? Understanding of ERP systems, being good at machining programming software application.
? Organization, planning, and execution skills are critical.
? Candidates with energy and enthusiasm are desired.
