职位描述：
Overall Purpose:
a. To ensure project & product achieves quality standards defined by ICLP
b. To provide basic data services (data cleansing , deduplication)
c. To provide IT administration service
d. To provide EDM/SMS broadcasting service

Principle Responsibilities:
a. Authoring, implementing and maintaining test plans and/or test cases & test report
b. Functional testing, bug isolation and reporting
c. Help developers to associate defects with application behaviour
d. Communicate with project or product owner to establish deployment process.
e. Ensure high-quality delivery align with company or client’s standards
f. Participate in automation test using unit test tools
g. Daily technical support, coordinate with associate team HR, IT, AS, OP.
h. Office facilities and network management including printers, fax, shredders, LAN, desktop and windows domain server support.
i. Responsible for EDM/SMS broadcasting including both compatibility and sensitive keywords verification.
j. Responsible to design and implement SQL scripts following business criteria to provide summary data reports or aggregate reports
k. Responsible to provide data cleansing & deduplication services
l. Potential for travel to UK head office when working on International projects with UK team.

Personal Profile:
a. 2 years’ experience of software quality assurance at minimum
b. Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
c. Familiar with SQL scripts and data warehouse concepts
d. Familiar with network infrastructure and LAN/Firewall configuration
e. Lateral thinking
f. Strong communication in both English and Mandarin
g. Ability to work a cooperate in a strong team setting
