职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ：
1. Researches, tests and verifies new materials in order to satisfy new products and technique needs or new technical development reserves.
2. Gives material technical feasibility analysis and proposals for new projects.
3. Participates in new project negotiation, coordination and implementation.
4. Provide technical and managing support for plants on technical issues
5. Support for choosing and approving materials of new products
6. Assist purchasing colleagues to examine and verify the materials suppliers
4. Maintains and optimizes the existing compounding design.
5. Develops, propels and implements VAVE project.
6. Assists in the supplier evaluation of purchasing department.
7. Establishes and improves databases. (e.g.: Benchmark, License & Learn and DFMEA, etc.)
8. Builds cooperative mechanism and exchanges technology in compound performances and test methods with OEM clients.
9. Improves production reliability and product quality by the technical guidance.
10. Makes related operation process within sector (e.g.: management procedure, approval process, etc.).
11. Works out related technological documents and develops related technical tutorials.
12. Exchanges technology and shares information with clients, suppliers and colleagues in order to keep up with latest industry trend.
13. Does other work superior orders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Masters knowledge of material technology and project development
2. Know procedure of material development
3. Understand the latest development situation and industry trend.
4. Ability to research and verify new materials for project needs.
5. Be familiar with automobile industry quality system. (e.g.: ISO/TS16949)
6. Good communication skills required to interact with colleagues, supplier and clients.
