岗位职责:

We are looking for a Technology manager to support a nascent image processing O2O product go-to-market in Asia, with digital presence to promote, and physical product to distribute. The role will create, execute and lead the Product (Android App) development and promotion. A creative and resourceful expert type candidate with firm execution will is a desire.

1. Closely work with both local business team and global product team to understand the growth enablement strategy and capture the product development requirements
2. Develop the technology feasible, stable, secured and flexible architecture of the Application
3. Build up the development team and manage it
4. Convert the business requirements and product design/strategy to technology design, lead the development team to implement and deliver on time and on quality
5. Well manage the Technology suppliers, make them work together with internal develop team to achieve the objectives
6. Work with operation team to identify the key benchmark of the product, collect and deliver the required data on time and on quality
7. Technology Research and innovation, keep being aware of what happening to the market, identify the new technology which can help the business, propose to the local business team and global product team to enable the new technology to the product and upgrade the product to be more competitive in the market.
8. Work with other IT function teams such as Infrastructure, EPR, Commercial Application team to plan the product integration

任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Information Technology
2. More than 5 years development experience of Mobile Apps, at least 2 years working as technology leader/architect of Android Based Image Processing App Development. Project management experience is a plus
3. Be proficient in Image Processing related algorithm or SDK. Be familiar with AI Image recognition is a plus
4. Be interested in new technology in the market and good acumen of its value
5. Excellent time management and communication skills
6. Outstanding problem solving capabilities
7. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, but still with attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and needs to be both proactive and flexible
8. Self-motivated and self-awareness, and have a can-do attitude
9. Proficiency in Oral and Written English
