QA Engineer Job description:
质量保证工程师 职位描述
Implement company quality assurance and quality control requirements and initiative. Product category (Injection plastic, metal casting & stamping & extrusion, electronic and packaging)
制定执行公司的质量保证和质量控制政策、流程；公司产品（注塑，铸造件、冲压、挤压件，电子及包装）
1．Review and validate new product specification file. Analyze procedure problems and implement improvement.
确认新产品的检验标准，分析程序问题并实施改进
2.Setting up QA compliance objectives and ensuring targets are tracked, achieved and reported，data analyzing and making improvement and anticipating action plan .
建立质量保证目标，确保跟踪、完成和报告目标,做数据分析，并做预防及改善行动计划。
3.Initiate urgent containment actions (inventory rework) and follow up 8D problem-solving process regarding the customer complain and internal assembly line.
启动紧急控制行动（库存返工）和跟踪8D问题解决过程中对于客户投诉和内部装配线。
4. Conduct supplier audit to assess the compliance and effectiveness of QMS , and drive suppliers to improve the compliance and effectiveness of QMS
对供应商进行审核，评估其质量管理体系的符合性和有效性，确保供应商符合质量管理体系的要求
5.Statistic and analyze the quality data of incoming material, process, customer complaint and so on, form quality report (weekly / monthly) and report to department manager
统计分析供应商来料、制程、客诉等质量数据，形成质量报告（周报/月报）向部门经理进行汇报；
6.Carry on calibration planning (internal and external) to ensure reliability of calibration tools.
负责量具的年度工作计划（内部.外部），以确保工作量具的的准确性，可靠性。
7.Responsible for the internal quality management process training for production and QC quality department team members
负责对内部生产人员及QC人员进行质量管理流程的培训

Qualifications:岗位要求
1 .Degree (bachelor or above) preferably in Quality Engineering
   大专学历以上，质量工程相关专业优先
2. Familiar with international quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma black belt would be a plus, etc.)
 熟悉国际质量体系（如ISO ,6 西格玛优先 ）
3. Organizational, Analytical, Problem solving (8D, ishikawa, impact matrix)
良好很强的组织能力、分析能力，问题解决能力（8D，鱼骨图 等工作方法 ）
4. Superior communication skills –interpersonal, verbal, listening, written & presenting.
Proficient English level, written, spoken, listening.
很强的沟通技巧及能力，良好的简报能力，英语方面，具有良好的口语、书写能力。
5. Work both independently & as part of a cross-functional team, including high multi-task capabilities, prioritizes workload efficiently, and meet project deadline firmly.
良好的团队能力，个人自主工作能力，能够很好的处理单独工作以及跨部门工作的协调
工作轻重缓急的安排能力，以及项目工作的事件把控能力。
6. Computer skills: Office (excel, word, ppt). Statistical tool would be a plus (Minitab).
良好的电脑软件能力（excel ,word ,ppt）,会使用统计工具更佳
7. Knowledges about ISO2859/MIL-STD-105E/GB2828, single sampling plan for normal inspection. / AQL，Audit plan writing and audit management.
