OVERVIEW
We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join a R&D Center located in Shanghai. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the test of advanced telecommunications products. You will contribute to the success of this challenge, by providing your expertise in software validation test.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Ensure the technical definition and coordination with the test/development team and architect
2-Define and write the validation tests specifications based on the external development specifications (full tests and non regression tests)
3-Define the required tests environment and tools
4-Perform the validation tests
5-Identify and write the errors found. Follow-up and validation of the error reports.
6-Write the tests reports
7-Improve permanently the existing tests strategy and the associated tests specifications
8-Ensure follow-up, feed-back and report to the validation team leader
9-Reports to the validation team leader

QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory
Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications and / or computer science, electronic engineering
At least total 3+ years working experience in software test
Good test experience in VoIP telecommunication products, including test strategy definition, test case design, execution, report and follow-up
Strong knowledge in VoIP (SIP protocol) and IP networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, RTP, sRTP, VLAN, TLS, 802.1x…)
Familiar with Linux test environment.
Skilled in using various test tools, such as sipp, smartbit, ethereal and so on.
Good communication skills, English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking,
Work independently with high accountability. Show good team spirit.

Nice to have
Experience with one or more additional technical subjects is a plus: IP Security, Audio, Wifi, Bluetooth.

EXPERIENCE
Software test engineer with at least 3 years working experience
