职位描述：
As a Sr Operations Manager, you will drive and manage the advancement of critical sourcing capabilities across a global organization through the use of agile Project Management principles.

? Design, plan and implement projects with high complexity in scope, scale, delivery speed, and organizational impact to Target.
? Leverage thought leadership and strong communication skills to influence peers & leaders across TSS, Supply Chain and Merchandising Product Groups to achieve project deliverables and advance critical capabilities.
? Use business case development or vision/user story creation to drive advancement of technology and/or process within an agile project management framework.
? Understand dependencies and ensures connectivity to support holistic & synergistic solutions for the organization and across the TSS product portfolio.
? Responsible for engaging with cross-functional partners and/or partners with a high level of complexity within their own organization. Developing cross-functional solutions.
? Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Able to develop change management plans that address behavioral & organizational needs.

Requirements
? 4-year degree
? 8 + years Sourcing/Retail experience and familiarity with merchandising processes
? Ability to communicate & influence all levels of Management.
? Project management experience & utilization of project management tools
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear communications & story-telling ability.
? Strong adaptability & resiliency skills. Able to embrace and drive change across an organization.
? Critical listening and facilitation skills (both face to face & virtual). Able to lead project conversations to critical decisions and key results through creative facilitation techniques.

Desired Requirements
? Project Management Professional ( PMP), lean, agile certifications
? Experience working with Multi Cultural/International Audiences.
