Qualified applicants for web developer should possess following qualifications:
-2+ years full-time experience in developing interactive web applications
-Strong programming skills in CSS, DHTML, Javascript, AJAX and Flash
-Familiar with W3C standards and popular browser features
-Know well UI friendliness and UE
-Good understanding of Web Development paradigm and software development process
-Proficient in English reading and writing
-Good knowledge of Java and PLSQL a big plus
-Proficient in graphics design and use of graphical tools such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP


2年以上全职交互式网络应用开发经验
精通CSS, DHTML, Javascript, AJAX and Flash
熟悉W3C标准和各种流行浏览器的特性
有较好的审美观和品味，对WEB用户体验有良好的感觉
对网络应用开发范例和软件开发流程有很好地理解
良好的口头和书面沟通表达能力
具备良好的团队合作精神
熟悉Java/PLSQL/XSL，熟悉画图工具（比如Adobe Photoshop or GIMP）者优先
