？ According to the requirement of monthly plan ,issue weekly production plan to production lines, follow up the production progress.
根据月计划的需求，给各产线发布生产周计划，并跟踪生产进度
？ Operation daily production planning meeting , collect and coordinate all issues happened during production progress, such as ECN, NCR, missing materials, ensure goods delivered on time.
组织召开每天的生产计划会议，收集并协调处理生产过程中遇到的各种问题，例如ECN， NCR，缺料等，确保交货及时。
？ Hold weekly schedule review meeting and highlight delivery risk in advance for key projects
主持每周的计划回顾会议，并预先提出关键项目的交货时间风险。
？ Prepare weekly & monthly KPIs review report ,including finished routing hours data, efficiency data;
准备每周和每月的KPIs 回顾报告，包括统计完成工时，效率等
？ Create rework/tooling/revamp orders in SAP. Release production orders in SAP.
在SAP系统中创建返工、工装和维修订单，并释放生产订单。
？ According to project plan, make resource plan in MS Project, propose plan to fix resource conflict.
根据项目计划，利用MS Project 编制资源计划，给出解决资源冲突问题的建议。
