职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for software analysis, design, code implementation, integration, verification and validation software components for automotive instrument digit cluster and/or HVAC systems.
Follow defined software process which is based on Automotive SPiCE reference models
Interface with requirements engineers and other regions engineers on software design and development

Basic Qualifications:
B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.
At least 3 years working experience of Automotive Instrument Clusters SW components development (HMI, alert, cluster related algo and etc)
High proficiency in C/C++ Programming skills along with knowledge of best design and safety programming practices for resource constraint systems
Prior experience in delivering products that employ QNX, Linux, AUTOSAR and Virtualization
Deep understanding of RTOS concepts like boot process (knowledge of secure boot preferred), scheduling algorithms, memory management, resource distribution, power management etc.
Solid experience in electronics control software development on 16-bit chip or 32-bit MCU
Should be a self-motivated, collaborative, quality driven and result oriented with an Innovative mind set
Should be able to work under aggressive time frames
Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill
Good communication skills with internal teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and working experience AUTOSAR including complex drivers and AUTOSAR tools and methodologies
Understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety integrity levels and development of ASIL compliant SW.
Working knowledge of QNX including QNX Graphics Framework for implementation of Functional Safety requirements from SW perspective
Ability to read schematics and technical reference manuals
Knowledge of HW tools like JTAG debuggers, oscilloscope, multimeter for trouble shooting/performance measurement of critical software/hardware.
