职位描述：
1、Take meeting minutes.
2、Email Translations, interpreting
3、Agenda management, reminder
4、Booking arrangement (hotels, restaurants, flights, meeting rooms, transportation..)
5、Follow up orders and deliveries when necessary
6、Follow up with key managers
7、Company meeting report/data preparation, new project follow ups.
8、Coordination of agenda/meetings of delegations
9、Reception of guests
10、Other Special projects

Requirement
1、 Excellent command of English both written and spoken, overseas education background or working experiences would be a plus.
2、 Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint).
3、 Business experience- Manufacturing would be a plus.
4、 Quick thinker
5、 Ability to work independently
6、 Good sense of initiative
7、 Willing to occasionally travel within China
