职位描述：

Objective

Maintain relationship with dealers, optimize dealer business operation to increase store productivity and area business scale.

Take charge of area sell in and sell out target achievement independently.

Main Responsibilities

1. Monitor dealer business on good track, review business with dealer on regular basis. Diagnose operation problems, provide suggestions, make out action plan with dealer and follow up execution.
2. Daily communication with dealer, provide support and solve their problems thru internal and external communication and coordination. Maintain good business relationship with dealer.
3. Monitor dealer product assortment and sales status, work together with product dept to make timely replenishment and adjustment to keep effective product assortment to drive sales; Maintain store image in line with brand requirements.
4. Provide proposals and support on planning and execution of dealer store promotion and marketing activities.
5. Sales analysis, make out reports as required.
6. Regularly visit POS to provide market intelligence on market /competitor
7. Performance and dynamics; Assessment of staff skills, store image, business opportunities, marketing activities preparation, merchandising information collection, etc.
8. Work with customer service dept to follow up order status and after sales claims
9. Other duties assigned by are sales manager as per requirement

Qualifications:

1. From the industry of luxury, FMCG, life style etc. , with min. 3 years retail/sales related working experience;
2. Good communication,coordination and negotiation skill.
3. Problem solver, Good execution
4. Detail-oriented, Initiative and responsible.
5. Business acumen
6. English: Be able to deal with English mails
7. Be able to travel frequently;
8. College degree or above;
