职位描述：
Job Description:
To provide professional and timely technical expertise for injection molding / tooling and application, to initiate and/or support CTD team to mold (prototyping), and to mainly support China CTD team to win key projects.

Main Responsibilities:
? To provide the technical service and support to China CTDs (Customer Technical Development) team (including molding trial running, troubleshooting and productivity improvement, application / development support, etc.);
? Develop and support the injection technical request to contribute the values for customers;
? Working with team to develop prototyping tooling for molding;
? Support CTD lab manager to manage all of internal processes for injection activities;
? Preparation of specimens for testing and material evaluation, part performance testing;
? Set up the injection process conditions according to the product characteristics;
? Internal troubleshooting study and DOE execution about injection process issue at customers;
? Technical support for new product development and quality issues;
? Daily maintenance of lab facilities for safe and smooth molding operation;
? To support requests from rest of China team;
? To share with his /her expertise with CTD team in Asia.

Profile:
? High school degree or above;
? At least 8 years working experience in the field of injection molding or tooling which related with engineering plastics;
? Know the whole process of injection molding and quality control; have strong experience to have injection molding including upload & down tool, injection machine operation, process DOE, data collect etc;
? Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external;
? Ability of good written English;
? Collaboration with related functions and communication skills;
? Good skill of MS Excel, Word;
? Presentation skills;
? Be open, self-confident and great team work spirit;
? Strong desires for success, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
