职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Support recruitment administrative work for massive hiring projects
? Arrange the interview schedule between candidate and hiring managers
? Create and update external job posting regularly (job career site/university career center/game community)
? Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment related reporting
? Support for new employee offer and onboarding process
? Manage external vendors’ contract and payment process
? Support for employer branding activities
? Support other Talent Acquisition team’s general administrative work as needed

Requirements:
? Prefer having Recruiting/HR intern or administrative work experience.
? Interested in game company or IT software Development Company
? Good communication skill and supportive mind.
? Organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy required.
? Should be a self-starter and must be goal oriented
? Proficiency in English
