职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Responsible for introduction of WCM(World Class Manufacturing)
负责WCM(世界级制造)在公司内的引入
2. Promote the setting up and continuous improvement of WCM system
促进WCM系统的建立和持续改进
3. Coordinate to promote the work of each Pillar of WCM. Responsible for continuous improvement on Pillar of WCM
协调WCM每个支柱的推广和改进
4. Responsible for internal training on WCM
负责WCM相关知识在公司内的培训工作
5. Realize the annual KPI and cost saving target related to WCM by driving, promoting and training
通过推动和培训，确保WCM相关年度KPI及cost saving目标的实现
6. Fulfill continuous improvement on quality, efficiency and cost reduction 通过改进，持续提高产品质量和工作效率，降低成本
7. Other tasks assigned by the superior
领导安排的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
学士或以上学位
2. Major in automobile, industrial engineering, management or related majors
汽车、工业工程、管理及相关专业毕业
3. More than 8 years’ experience in Lean introduction and preferable in automobile components
八年以上精益生产导入和实践经验，有汽车零部件行业经验者优先
4. Strong understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma.
深刻理解精益理论和六西格玛
5. Team Player with ability to work with employees at all levels: operators, engineers, peers and senior management
能够适应同不同层次员工共同工作
6. Good communication skills with team work spirit and discipline
良好的沟通技巧和团体协作精神
7. Good command of oral and written English. Proficient in Project and Powerpoint
良好的英语技能，熟练掌握Project和Powerpoint
8. WCM experience is preferred
