职位描述：
Position: Legal Counsel
Work Location: Shanghai and/or Singapore
Report to: legal manager, Asia Pacific

Job objective:
Provide professional legal advice and support to businesses for the Rest of Asia region market development and daily operation as well as intellectual property protection, in consistent with relevant legislations and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:
- drafting the relevant contracts and documents for the daily operational matters of business unit;
- providing legal advice to management and sales teams;
- providing legal advice and support to the supply chain;
- IPR auditing and management of follow-up measures;
- Assisting in providing Legal training to commercial professionals;
- In charge of compliance training and maintenance work in the region
- Other legal matters as required.

Requirements:
- Admitted by legal bar in the hiring jurisdiction;
- 5 years post-qualified experience, preferred to be working in international law firms or multinational companies;
- Good experience in the legal support of the ROA region;
- Fluent in written and oral English;
- Good skills in management and drafting of contracts;
- Good team work spirit
