职位描述：
1)岗位职责：
1、Prospect for potential new clients and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. 负责与目标客户（潜在客户和准客户）的沟通，跟踪、接待及合同谈判，促成合作，确保获取有效数据;
2、Follow-up on operations both internally and externally, problem-solving with creative solutions, and data feedback and analysis of business operations. 负责公司内外执行跟进、异常处理、数据反馈及分析工作；
3、Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing information and evaluating internal fit 负责潜在客户的发掘、沟通和联络，可行性调研；
4、Assist CEO in daily jobs, follow-up and communication amongst internal departments. 协助总经理日常工作安排、执行跟进及与公司其他部门工作协调配合事宜；

2)任职要求：
1、Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken, Chinese Mandarin is a plus. 精通英语、意大利语；具备中文能力者优先；
2、Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures and countries. 创新、学习能力强，具备较高的BD拓展、商务谈判能力；
3、Strong negotiation skills and business acumen 熟悉市场营销方面的专业知识；
4、Demonstrate advanced understanding of e-commerce platforms, opportunities and trends. 具有较强的书面表达、口头表达及沟通能力；
5、Creative thinker with the ability to be agile, flexible, and adaptable to different situations. 思维敏捷、灵活，具有较强的应变能力；
6、Proficient use of MS office software. 熟练使用办公软件；
7、Possess the following traits: detailed, team-oriented, responsible, and ability to work under pressure. 细心、具团队精神，责任心强，有较强的事业心及抗压能力。
