LCS Retail Management

Your tasks will include:
Channel Retail Performance Management:
- As a know-how and experienced brand retail management expert, this person need to provide central of excellence support to Regional Retail Manager and direct them to drive retail performance;
- Set up Channel Retail KPI measures and mechanism (in stock SKU list) to meet LEGO mono brand store standard;
- Lead the implementation of Retail Operation Excellence through identifying store performance opportunity, finding solutions and deploy it.
- Build up LEGO Retail platform on process, tools and system
- Retail management routine set up on retail operations, communication and reporting
- Monitor daily retail performance and drive overall retail operation efficiency

Channel national project management:
- Rex system
- Data intelligence and central reporting
- New customer on-boarding project
- Omni Channel pilot program and late roll out

Channel Planning and Liaison with Key Stakeholders:
- Operations: Critical stock allocation
- Marketing (TM, Product, Digital, PR): Channel assortment analysis and insight
- Sales Operations: Channel performance feedback
- Customer Marketing: CTT design, Contract Renew;

Reporting:
- Articulate reporting needs and support Customer Development function to develop reporting templates

The Must to Have’s and the Nice to Have’s for the role
You must have:
- 12+ years working experience in a successful retail business. Minimum 6 year hands-on premium brand store operational experience.
- Experienced in driving store performance either through retail KPI drilling down, or people and process management.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin)
- University degree or similar educational background

It would be nice for you to have:
- Good understanding of the China retail industry and environment evolving over the recent years, particular off line and online dynamics.
- Comprehensive understanding of running an premium branded retail stores.
- Basic financial skills to set and review plans and programs.
