Main duties:

主要职责：

- Invoicing of Freight and Local Charges对海运费和本地费用进行开票

- Reconciliation (Disbursements)开账单

- Make sure deadlines are respected 保证严守节点

- Intervention/coordination with Quotation Dept. & Shipping Co. for data required for invoicing & report problems to supervisor就发票所需的数据问题介入协作报价部门和船公司，将问题汇报操作经理

- Other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager操作经理分配的其他工作

- Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data注重细节以确保数据的准确性

- Responsible负责

- Correct written English needed 书面英语

- Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage有海运工作经验
