职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will take responsibility in one or several parts of the following aspects:
? Design and develop Speech SW component with supplier’s engine to provide VR/TTS solution for infotainment system including Linux, Android and QNX.
? Independently design and develop high quality embedded software.
? Follow Harman software development process from requirements to design and implementation.
? Understand customer requirement, conduct implementation and manage project progress.
? Participate in technical reviews for own or others work.
? Perform code review, unit test, component test, system test and write various documentations
? Closely work with other R&D centers and business units of Harman worldwide.
? Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and be flexible.

 Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor/Master degree with at least 3 years of working experience as software developer
? Proficient in C/C++/JAVA with at least 2 years of experience.
? Be willing to deep drive in speech domain
? Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented and design pattern
? Familiar with Linux/Android/QNX platform
? English language skills with ability to communicate effectively
? Reliable and self organized working style.
? Good knowledge of MS Office Tools Word and Excel.

 Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
? Experience in any speech solution is a big plus;
? Experience in speech user cases is a plus.
? Experience in Android APP development is a plus
? Experience in script language like Perl, Python, lua is a plus;
? Experience in Infotainment speech project experience is a plus.
