职位描述：
Your responsibilities：
Conduct material/product evaluation based on internal or customer-specific requirements and release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database and SAP
Carry out periodic reporting for supplier performance under his/her responsiblity. Monitor and review supplier performance and department performance indicator
Manage all the quality and techncal issues that are associated with the suppliers under his/her charges. Issue and maintain supplier claim, handle claim compensation in accordance to the reported quality concerns, handle change request and off-spec request from suppliers
Create and carry out supplier audit periodically according to audit program and/or specific request. Maintain supplier audit in Pool4Tool system.
Conduct periodic supplier rating based on the given format and standard
Prepare and submit specifications to the supplier under his/her charge. Maintain and monitor supplier specification in spec-o-web.
Carry out supplier development programs and system improvement project. Establish plans and actions for the achievement of set targets within the defined time-line. Report its progress and status to the Supplier Quality Manager on a periodic basis.
Initiate and update documentation under supplier quality responisibility.
Act as a communication channel or as a contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns
Conduct UL internal audit and follow up the gap close

Your profile：
Possess an university technical degree (Bachelor +), minimum 3 years of experiences in related industry
Have broad experiences in various quality standards and other international management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO/TS16949
Have exposure in various automotive core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA,FMEA and SPC
Have strong analytical and social skills
Able to represent the company to the respective external organizations with good presentation skills
Good knowledge in statistical and quality tools
Able to work under pressure
Strong applications in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
