职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 根据校区招生任务，负责学员招生工作，达成每月的业绩指标；
2. 电话邀约向客户介绍和推荐课程，为客户安排体验课；
3. 向客户提供专业的课程体系讲解；为客户提供培训课程咨询，受理客户的来访咨询等所有渠道的咨询服务并促成报名；
4. 持续为在读学员提供沟通维护工作，提升家长转介绍,完成签单；
5. 定期参加会议与培训，完成销售日报等相关工作；
6. 支持并协助活动的开展，维护新老客户口碑的开展。
任职要求：
1. 形象好气质良好，男女不限；
2. 大专以上学历，专业不限,艺术相关专业、学前教育等专业优先；
3. 工作经验不限，有早教行业销售经验优先考虑；
4. 对待工作责任心强，抗压能力强并且愿意接受挑战。

Introduction
YMM Art Education International Group is an international and professional art education organization that was founded in 2005.
