岗位职责：
1. 确保健身工房设施/区域时刻处于整洁的营运状态，各类推广资料整齐正确摆放于相关位置；
2. 以友好的微笑和问候迎接及送别会员，发放更衣柜钥匙和毛巾，做好会员进场退场等各项活动操作；
3. 熟悉掌握前台各项工作流程，熟知各种合同产品价格并为客人办理各类会所的合同并向客人细心解说；
4. 对会员和宾客提供必要的协助，包括询问服务，课程预约服务以及接受客人投诉并向上级反映等；
5. 负责按标准礼貌接听一切内线及外线电话，及作出相应处理；
6. 每天盘点商品数量及水帐确保准确无误并登记；
7. 熟悉会所各类系统的操作，包括合同录入、会员卡制作、商品销售和会员进场离场刷卡等。
任职要求：
1. 18-28岁，形象气质佳、身材匀称；中专以上学历，懂英文尤佳，女生身高要求160cm以上，男生要求173cm以上；
2. 热爱健身事业、体质健康、积极乐观、性格开朗、善于沟通、勤奋好学、吃苦耐劳、服务观念好、工作积极主动；工作积极主动且认真仔细；
3. 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力，熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
4. 熟悉各种礼仪，待人接物大方得体；
5. 认同公司企业文化。
