职位描述
Job description: |
1. AP : arrange payments properly as payment term and due time. |
The payment methods include: TT, DP,DA, LC. Declare outward foreign exchange according to SAFE regulations. |
2. Issue LC to suppliers as bank and supplier’s request. |
3. AR: follow payment receiving from customers, declare inward foreign exchange SAFE rules. |
4.Book keeping in SAP system. |
5. Issuing sales invoices in ERP system. |
6. Reply inquires from suppliers and customers. |
7. Maintaining excel follow up on payments in and out. |
8. Complete other work according to finance manager’s instruction. |
Qualifications: |
1. Have experices on SAP FICO is prefered. |
2. Have at least 2 years accounting experiences. |
3. Fluent on spoken English, write and read English, CET 4 is requested. |
