职位描述：
Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks
·· Responsible for incoming quality control and supplier quality management.
· 负责进料质量控制和供应商质量管理
· Evaluate new supplier with purchaser and release the evaluation report and follow the improvement actions.
· 与采购一起审核新供应商，发布审核报告和跟进改善方案
· Develop supplier’s quality control capabilities regularly.
· 定期开发供应商的质量控制能力
· Responsible to liaise with supplier on quality related issue.
· 负责联络供应商处理相关质量问题
· Prepare QC inspection report and supplier monthly reports.
· 准备QC检查报告和供应商月度统计报告
· Review and ensure closure of NCR, CAPA and customer complaints related to quality, practice, or procedure issues.
· 评审和确保与质量相关的NCR、CAPA和客户投诉问题得到关闭
· Ensure inspection tools and equipment are calibrated at all time and maintain the calibration records per ISO requirements.
· 确保测量与监视设备依照ISO质量管理体系要求得到定期校正与保养维护
· Maintain proper documentation and filing.
· 好做文件管理与归档
· Assist in all other miscellaneous assignment delegated as and when by the manager.

Special Requirements:
· Able to travel as requested.
· Able to work overtime when required.


Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Quality / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering and 2 years of working experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in machining and sheet metal manufacturing or automation industry with know how in quality measurement equipment usage.
· 大专及以上学历，质量、制造、工业工程专业，2年以上质量保证和控制工作经验，最好有机加工、钣金生产制造或自动化行业质量测量设备使用经验与技术。
Can at least write and read in English.
英语至少能读、写。
· Be familiar with Excel.
· 熟练使用Excel。
· Know using quality control tools such as 8D,5W, FMEA etc.
懂得使用诸如8D、5W、FMEA等质量控制工具。
