职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
? Bills customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines, approvals and regulations
? Support tax and controllers on monthly VAT invoice reconciliation
? Support collection team on daily collection operation work
? Follow up with customers for payment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Issue and dispatch VAT invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Recommends and implements process changes to improve invoicing
? Assists in and/or prepares, analyses, reviews, verifies and reconciles various records, financial reports and statements.
? Support the month end processes
? Reconcile VAT invoice list with system invoice list, identify and address the discrepancies to controllers and follow up for quick resolution
? Required liaising with business unit personnel, other departments such as eTES administrators, Project data maintenance team, Accounts Receivable team and with global offices (including: Australia, Asia and United States)
? Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation to management
? Assists in and/or installs, modifies, documents and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures Resolves moderately complex customer disputes within pre-established guidelines
? Handles company confidential data including customer account history in accordance with established policy and account guidelines to ensure privacy of client data
? Additionally this role:
1 Will be focussed on closing the books on a monthly basis, controls Revenue input for the Business
2 Will be assisting in compliance with CSC policy, US GAAP and other external requirements
TYPICAL OUTPUTS & DELIVERABLES
? Processing accurate VAT invoices and facilitating timely collections
? Month end process deliverables (including: reconciliations, tax report) and analysis
? Analysis requested by internal / external auditors
? Financial Internal Controls Compliance (including SOX) sign offs
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
? Graduate in accounting / finance
? Personal computer and business solutions software skills (SAP)
? Previous working experiences (1 to 2 years) in accounting / finance / audit

? Shows initiative, pro-activity and able to resolve ambiguity with assigned tasks
? Sound oral and written communication skills
? Analytical skills and good attention to detail
? Good effective organisational and project management skills in completing multiple assignments
? Able to develop strong relationships, working collaboratively within a financial control team and also the wider finance community
