The Regional Planning Manager, APAC Region candidate will be a responsible for tasks within the Beiersdorf Supply Chain organization related to demand planning, and supporting services.
The incumbent will lead supply chain initiatives across the APAC region and within its sub-regions. Being responsible for improving performance, capabilities, tools and processes related to FCST Planning, S&OP+ Process, the job holder influences key performance indicators such as Service Level, FCB, FCA. The role will be responsible for supporting and leading the strategic and tactical performance efforts for the supply chain through region planning roadmap development and implementation of world class planning tools and processes, including APO DP, Promotion Planning, NPD Planning, S&OP+ etc.
Role Requirements
Skills:
? The Candidate will have planning experience (3~5 years) in demand planning (Preferred APO Demand Planning and Promotion/NPD Planning)
? The Candidate will have strong operational knowledge of planning process and tools, like SAP, APO, S&OP etc.
? The Candidate will have strong analytical/conceptual skill and a track record of operational excellence and continuous improvement in end to end supply chain;
? The Candidate should possess influencing skills, strong communication skills, executive presence and a hands on improvement style to succeed in this role;
? The Candidate brings a high learning agility and passion to continuously re-invent and improve
Key Performance Objectives
Key objectives of the role will include the following actions with the responsibility to develop the procedure and to execute the resultant changes:
? Leading regional KPI roadmap development and deployment to positively influence countries KPI delivery (Service, FCA, FCB)
? Global/regional planning project deployment within APAC Region (Process, tools like APO DP roll out)
? Support country planning capability building up (Process, tools)

Job purpose
The successful candidate will support Beiersdorf demand planning and overall supply chain performance improvement by implementing planning tools, strategies, and new supply chain management processes.
