职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责app产品和后台系统的规划、需求文档撰写、设计及迭代工作；
2.协同公司内各部门以及外包方的资源和支持，驱动产品开发进度，按期保质完成产品需求、开发、测试各阶段目标；
3.根据产品实施效果及客户定制化需求，推进项目如期落实，不断改进产品；
4.负责产品的推介培训等；
5.分析产品运营数据，收集和主动挖掘改进需求，不断完善和优化产品，提升用户体验。
 
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for app product and backend system planning, requirements documentation, design and iteration;
2. Coordinate with all departments within the company as well as the outsourcing parties, resources and support to drive the product development schedule, complete the product requirements on schedule, develop and test the objectives of each phase;
3. According to product implementation effect and customer customized requirements, to promote the implementation of the project on schedule, and constantly improve the product;
4. Responsible for product promotion, training, etc.;
5. Analyze product operation data, collect and actively tap the improvement needs, continuously improve and optimize the product and enhance the user experience.
 
岗位要求 ：
1.具有3年以上产品设计开发以及项目管理的经验，覆盖app和web端；
2.优秀的产品设计能力，优秀的沟通能力和职场素质；
3.较强的逻辑思维和执行力、有一定的洞察力和创新意识；
4.具有卓越的产品感觉和用户感觉，深刻的用户分析能力；
5.良好的跨部门沟通和团队协作能力。
6. 精通C++/Java/Python至少一门相关技术，熟悉数据结构、算法、软件工程、网络通信、操作系统、计算机体系结构、数据库设计。
7.计算机专业或信息技术等相关专业，本科以上学历。
Requirement：
1. More than 3 years experience in product design, development and project management, covering both app and web terminals;
2. Excellent product design ability, excellent communication skills and professional quality;
3. Strong logic thinking,execution and business acumen;
4., Excellent perception of product and user experience;
5. Good internal communication and team work spirit;
6. Proficient in C++/Java/Python and familiar with data structure, algorithm, software engineering, telecom, operation system, computer system structure, database design;
7. Bachelor degree in computer science and above.
