职位描述：
Product Manager for our Sales Office in Shanghai

Your duties:
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM)
- Lead portfolio management for the entire IAM delivery spectrum
- Cataloguing IAM portfolio for various forms of media
- Control of all relevant product and application data in internal and external data systems such as Tecdoc, electronic product catalogues of Stabilus, Website etc.
- Introduction and implementation of software solutions and database systems, e.g. Teccom or CCU
- Implementation of potential analyses to determine the market needs
- Participation in tasks of distribution logistics
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals in IAM
- Support for external appearances of the Stabilus aftermarket sector, e.g. product trainings and fairs
- Definition and implementation of sales-support measures

Our requirements:

- 拥有成功管理产品线的案例或经验
- 具备产品开发和一定的市场规划能力，并能有效地向管理层提出建议
- 具有技术背景以及一定的软件和网络（电商）相关经验
- 具有较强的处理和解决问题能力
