Senior Export Sales Executive (Stationery)

Neon Orient (SH) Co., Ltd is a Shanghai based procurement organization for one of Europe's largest specialist importer of stationery, toys, garden and promotional items. Our customer base includes many of Europe's leading industry brands, wholesalers and retailers.

In order to expand our export business to other countries and regions we are currently seeking a Senior Export Sales Executive to join our team in Shanghai.

Job Description

? Identifying export opportunities in new countries and regions for existing and new product ranges.
? Proactively identifying and establishing contact with potential customers.
? Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
? Negotiate contractual terms and close sales.
? Meeting annual sales goals and targets.
? Preparing and delivering presentations of the company products during customer visits and at exhibitions.
? Establishing presence on major e-commerce trading platforms.
? Attending relevant trade exhibitions.
? Developing and maintaining the company’s contact database with up-to-date contact management and activity details.
? Producing monthly sales reports.
? Ensuring effective internal and external communication.

Qualification:

? MUST have a minimum of 5 years sales experience preferably in the stationery industry.
? MUST have a proven and VERIFIABLE track record in sales achievement.
? Excellent communications and presentation skills.
? Ability to work with minimal supervision, tight deadlines and thrives under a multi-project workload.
? Excellent communication skills ideally in Mandarin Chinese and English, both oral and written.
? Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator.
