职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the Chinese E-Commerce department
Working on the company’s E-Commerce development strategy using Chinese marketplaces (AliExpress, TMall, JD.com etc.)
Working on a KPI project: sales plan, profitability, conversion etc.
Managing business processes: customer service B2C, online product management, content management, online marketing, logistics
Working on improvement of technical solutions and process optimization in conjunction with IT-managers / developers
Development and implementation of marketing calendars and promotional event planning
Coordination and control of the seasonal purchase of goods for E-Commerce, formation of the product range
Staff recruitment, coordination of all administrative matters
Drawing up analytical reports and analysing results of work, promotion, marketing activities, and working on a development strategy
Developing a storage strategy
Increasing consumer activity in the B2C segment
Regular research of competitors
Negotiations with potential partners

Requirements:
Fluent English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Experience in retail and (or) E-Commerce is a must
Experience in working with AliExpress, TMall, JD.com and other websites is a must
Management experience (>3 years), preferably as a Director of E-Commerce
Team (of more than 5 people) management skills
Understanding of logistic processes, procurement processes
Advanced analytical skills
