职位描述：
1.、Manage and motivate project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while meeting project objectives；
2、Create and own project plan including schedule, milestones, dependencies and critical path；
3.、Manage project, being accountable for deliverables, content, achievement of objectives and results；
4、Manage issues and risks, including the development of contingency plans；
5、Manage and coordinate project activity between all departments；
6、Provide ongoing tracking of project progress and issues requiring resolution；
7、Actively participate to where you understand the business processes and can add value to the conversation；
8、Fully engage in projects to drive success; this might include some lite business analyst type of activities；
9、Execute retrospective exercises upon completion of projects；

Job Requirements:
1、3+ years of project management experience；
2、Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer/Management related subjects；
3、Strong capability in issue driving and resolving；
4、Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (read and written)；
5、Self motivated；
