Z-Ben Advisors is a Shanghai-based research and strategic consulting firm, focusing on China’s investment management industry.
He/she will aid the execution of the sales plan by identifying and targeting prospective client business, including regular e-mail correspondence, mailing of reports, contacting and mapping of clients, and establishing new relationships. He/she will also work closely with our full-time analysts and consultants to develop a variety of deliverables and provide superior on-going support to existing clients.
After a year in this position, he/she will have a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of developing relationships with executive level contacts, strategy generation and hands-on client consulting. Our staff will provide support and coaching. Those best-positioned to succeed at Z-Ben Advisors will have a self-starting personality and entrepreneurial disposition. Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for client servicing and any related activities such as maintaining and developing client relationships.
2. Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, and prepare all related documents such as contracts, invoices and distribution lists.
3. Provide support and liaison to the management, sales and consulting teams to ensure that customer service standards are developed, maintained, and consistently followed.
4. Handling inbound customer telephone calls and responding appropriately e.g. complaints, queries, and initial sales enquiries.
5. Maintain accurate and up to date customer information.
6. Build executive level relationships with clients to understand their business needs in relation to the use of our products and services
7. Become a contributing member of a dynamic company
Requirements:
1. University graduate (BA/BS)
2. Have a background or a strong interest in asset management, finance, and economics
3. Fluent and Mandarin and English is a must
4. Be well organized, a team player, active and motivated, have a willingness to achieve
5. Be able to prioritize your time efficiently, have communication and marketing skills
6. Ability to multi-task effectively and with a service oriented attitude
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
