职位描述：
. General duties/ 主要职责:
? Responsible for managing and supporting the quality team of Qingpu plant to meet the quality
requirements of the Company.
2. Interface to other departments/ 有工作连接的其他部门:
? Cooperation with all other departments
? Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作 具体工作内容 内容:
? Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the
organization
? Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s
quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
? Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external and internal
suppliers
? Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
? Ensuring the application of environmental and health and safety standards
? Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
? Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
? Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
? Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
? Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
? Collecting and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
? Ensuring procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
? Writing management systems reports
? Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to company targets

3. Profile of qualification/ 胜任资质要求:
a) Graduation /graduate degree/ major/ 学历/ 专业:
- Above college education in engineering
b) Working experience (in years)/ 工作经验（年限）:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience on quality management, include 3 years’ experience work as
quality manager
c) Professional/ 专业能力:

- Fluent in written and oral English
- Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
