来料检验主管:
Job description
主要工作内容

1.Management of IQC team, prioritize and delegate task execution
来料检验小组的管理，工作的分配以及轻重缓急的安排
2.Evaluate job performance of IQC and arrange necessary training to improve their skills.
来料检验小组的绩效管理，给与必要的培训以提高小组成员的技能
3.Ensure that Inspection control records are fulfilled properly by IQC
确保小组来料检验工作的规范性，确保工作记录的完整性
4.Follow QA policy; interact with IPQC and NPQ teams.
遵守QA 制定的质量政策，负责与在线检验组和新产品检验组的工作沟通与协调
5.Perform quality control on product and spare parts during incoming material process to ensure quality compliance with customer requirements. Keep record of quality inspection result.
根据客户对于产品的要求，负责来料检验的全部工作，对来料检验的记录和结果负责
6.Propose improvement on IQC quality control procedure
给与来料检验的程序改善提供更好的建议和方案
7.Guide supplier about the quality control, observes supplier performance. Any issue to feedback to supplier
供应商的质量控制，监控供应商的质量绩效，分析来料中的问题反馈给到供应商
8.Ensure ERP and WMS system running normally.
维护ERP 和WMS 系统数据正常正常运作
9. Arrange IQC planning for supplier on site inspection.
安排定期供应商考察审核
10.Supplier communication for problem solving / supplier quality improvement.
敦促供应商质量问题解决以提高来料产品的质量

Qualification requirements:
岗位要求：
1.College degree with more than 5 years quality management experience in production factory. Product category : Injection plastic, metal casting & stamping & extrusion, electronic and packaging
大专以上学历，5年工厂来料检验工作经验，产品范围：注塑、金属、冲压、挤压、电子、包装等。
2.Proficient in ISO9001and other quality systems and QC techniques and tools
精通ISO9001 以及质量系统和质量检验技术和相关工具
3.Strong management and leadership skills, good communication and presentation skills
强有力的管理和领导才能，良好的沟通技巧和演示能力
4.Good electronic skills would be a plus
精通电子产品及电子生产工艺优先
5.Good computer skill in MS office
熟练操作办公自动化软件
