职位描述：
岗位描述:
1. Assist CEO to complete the daily work, coordination and communication between various departments and managers.
2. Organize company meetings and prepare meeting agenda and documents.
3. Execute and complete the tasks assigned by CEO, responsible for organizing and filing all kinds of documents.
4. Draft annual work summary and CEO’s speech.
5. Responsible for handling CEO’s external liaison, call and visit records, work with managers to deal with external public relations (government, key customers, etc.)
6. Responsible for collection and statistical summary of various reports.
7. Responsible for the arrangement of CEO’s work and travel schedule.
8. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO.

岗位要求:
1. 3-5 years of secretarial experience
2. advanced IT knowledge and admin experience
3. Bachelor degree and above
4. Fluent in oral English
5. Good communication and admin experience.
