职位描述：
Recruitment
 - Implement recruiting plans according to hiring requirements;
 - Perform hiring activities, including but not limited to job posting, resumes screening, candidate search and interview arrangement;
 - Partner with business manager/HRBP to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes in result of successful fulfilment;
 - Develop more effective recruitment channel and shorten the lead-time of recruitment;
 - Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process;
 - Ensure the employer brand is positively represented when work with candidates and recruiting firms;
 - Work on recruitment report and analysis, defined and improve the progress & practice to determine the appropriate action;

 Training
 - Training needs consolidation;
 - Annual training plan;
 - Training facilitation;

 C&B
 - Monthly payroll check;
 - Annual C&B project support (budget, merit increase, annual bonus)

 HRIS
 - HR System improvement and development

 Others
 - Vendor management
 - Other HR project support or assignments by the management

 Requirements
 - Bachelor degree
 - At least 3 years working experience in HR area or generalist experience in MNC environment
 - Payroll experience is a must and SAP HR experience is preferred
 - HR experience in HR SSC is preferred
 - Knowledge of local labor laws and related statutory regulations
 - Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player
 - Good communication in both English and Chinese
 - Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
 - Take initiatives to work independently and as part of a team
 - Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
