职位描述：
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Direct report to department manager and responsible for overall products manufacturing process.
2. Accomplish major tasks from department management and project.
3. Develops and maintains robust, cost efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing practices. Must be mindful of process and test capabilities and recognize organizational core competencies.
4. Assists others in root cause and failure analysis as required.
5. Promotes culture of continuous improvement and understands lean manufacturing techniques as they apply to eliminate waste and deliver products to customer’s expectations.
6. Implements methods and practices to reduce variation.
7. Participates in new product development projects and continuous improvement project; articulate deliverables to commit to schedules.
8. Acts as manufacturing liaison for products from inception through shipment to customer.
9. Maintains processes and methodologies for manufacturing operations. Assists in the composition of Capital Appropriation Requests (including payback and net present value analysis) for acquisition of equipment to support emerging and existing technologies as required.
10. Assists leadership team and others in performing work load analysis and resources optimization. Extracts data from ERP systems as needed.

Requirement
1. Bachelor in Mechanical engineering or related majors.
2. Aerospace background is preferred.
3. At least 5 years manufacturing/process management experience
4. Good at understanding of product and end user application/specifications, including product testing requirements. (Design/process interface).
5. Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality processes (i.e., ISO9001, AS9100, TS16949 etc.)
6. Understanding of manufacturing principles and manufacturing documentations (i.e., Process flow chart, Process key Characteristic, etc.) compose and management.
7. Experience of process planning and set up.
8. Fluent English both in verbal and written.
9. Good communication skill and team spirit.
10. Quick learner and self-starter.
