The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
Assist Plant manager to arrange the production of Xinghuo B6 production plant reasonably under the condition that all operations are compliant with the requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP and SHE. Ensure that daily operations are safe, with required quality at the requested output at lowest possible cost.
协助工厂经理在符合ISO，HACCP，GMP以及SHE的要求下合理安排星火B6工厂生产。确保工厂日常运营的安全，以最低的成本生产出符合质量要求的产品。

The Challenge / 工作职责
a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility / 主要职责
1. To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but is not limited to the following:
? Follow the national and company regulations and standards
? Conscientiously participate safety training to improve safety operation skills
? Consciously follow the company safety regulations and any violation of the rules is forbidden
? Get to know the security policies & requirements; Actively participate in all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
? Follow the security requirements and report if not clear
? Execute company SHE, occupational hygiene, related security and emergency procedures
? Execute company work attendance rule
? Study operation skills and continuously improve self SHE & security awareness
? Report timely unsafe situations, any SHE/security accident, incident & near miss.

2. Follow DSM security policy and requirements
? Knowing the requirements
? Active participation all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
? Following the requirements and report if not clear
? Report unsecure situations and security incidents

3. Assist with the operation and maintenance of SAP/PCS system especially the production and manufacturing related modules.
4. Responsible for tankfarm management (including raw material ordering, unloading and maintenance work), ensure all operation in TF in compliance with all DSM SHE & Q policy, requirements and regulatory.
5. Assist to finish daily/monthly production data, prepare production statistics.
6. Assist to finish SHE & quality related files and office administration, such as documentation, translation, label printing, attendance recording, etc.
7. Strong focus on Manufex operations, act as maintenance gatekeeper from operations side.
8. Take the overview of B6 department training as well as new employee training and mentor plan
9. Address technical issues with technical departments (IP, SP, maintenance, R&D).
10. Monitor MOCs as well as improve requests in the local trackwise database.
11. Take an overview for tools purchasing budget and monitor purchasing progress in start-up phase.
12. Take the role of MOC gatekeeper in B6 operation team.
13. Be responsible for GMP support activities in production team.
14. Implement other tasks appointed by line manager.

Special projects and tasks to be assigned upon request. This could be for example quality improvement programs, cost reductions or standardization like six sigma or lean production.

? College/ equal college level or college above.
? Good command of PC skills, good reading and written English skills and basic oral English
? Good interpersonal skills
