Major Responsibilities:
- Develop software components for environment modelling in ROS (C++) using sensors like laser scanner, radar, camera and etc.
- Develop software components for HD map based vehicle localization in ROS (C++).
- Develop software components for sensor data processing in ROS (C++) for sensors like laser scanner, radar, camera and etc.
- Perform software unit tests and document them.
- Transfer of research results to Munich and BMW China.

Education/Degree:
PhD/Master Degree on Robotics, Automation, Control Science, Computer Science and other related topics.
Knowledge/Skills/Competence:
- Excellent knowledge about robotic algorithms development.
- Excellent knowledge about software development in C++.
- Experience of using robotic sensors (Lidar, Radar, RGB/RGBD/Stereo Cameras, etc.).
- Good knowledge about mathematics (Probability Theory, Matrix Theory, Statistic Learning Methods).
- Good language skills in Chinese and English.
