Objectives:
You will be working on establishing a positive presence amongst the growing DesignNest community by ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will also improve internal communications by talking to the different branches within DesignNest and reporting to project management to keep information within the company flowing at a timely pace.

Main Duties:
To assist in setting up a positive customer experience
Establish a representative role within DesignNest towards our community
Improve the information and communication flow within designNest between the branches
Assist project management by reporting on the overall impressions gathered from the community
Improve communication with our overseas community/customers(English=must)

Requirements:
University degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good communication and interpersonal skills,teamwork oriennted

Preferred:
Experience in customer support
Experience abroad
