职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据现有编制及业务发展，人员需求，协调、统计各项目、部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；
2、充分了解和掌握各岗位人员编制情况，在编人员情况，缺编情况；
3、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
4、利用各类招聘渠道发布招聘广告，开拓招聘渠道；
5、执行招聘、甄选、面试、推选、跨部门对接工作；
6、进行聘前测试和简历甄选工作；
7、开拓，利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
8、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，2年以上招聘工作经验；
2.教育行业优先，有外教招聘经验加分；
3.抗压能力强，有较强的团队意识；
4.具有一定的报表制作和数据分析能力；
5.英语沟通表达流利。
