Job Description：
I. Social media marketing
1) Assist Brand Manager in developing social media marketing budget
2) Support Brand Manager in working with creative agency, if any, on campaigns and content creation
3) Manage and maintain brand’s social media platform such as Weibo, WeChat, and others
4) Continuously monitor progress and implement planned strategy to drive traffic, awareness and brand stickiness
5) Assist Brand Manager in developing and following up with marketing agencies, if any, campaigns to keep social media platforms fresh and attractive
6) Assist in developing the social media calendar for China and work with the marketing agency, if any, to execute the planned campaigns

II. Corporate website
1) Maintain brand’s corporate website in accordance with brand’s HQ guidelines
2) Support Brand Manager in working with marketing agencies, if any, to maintain content to ensure that they are up to date and that proper brand communication messages are conveyed in consistence with other communication platforms
3) Obtain assets from Brand HQ and develop localized product contents for corporate websites and Tmall. This includes but is not limited to editing product images, translating product information…

III. Other Digital Marketing
1) Online media buy according to social/Tmall calendar and digital marketing budget including online news, KOL and other online media
2) SEO/SEM management on key search engines in China according to the SOW
3) Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities and follow-up vendors
4) Contribute to have better and closer relationship with e-platforms we are collaborating with (Wechat, JoyRun, e-media, etc…)
5) New trendy digital platform or tool learning and sharing, including PC and mobile

Requirements：
1) Experienced in executing and leading social media actions
2) Able to make relevant propositions of Digital Marketing initiatives to promote the Brand
3) Be ‘connected’
4) Good understanding of retail and Fashion Retail business (sell in to sell-through)
5) Experienced in working with marketing and media agencies
6) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
7) High level of integrity and loyalty
