职位描述：
Job Description:

• Implement strategic and business development plan relating to property and asset management in East China;
• Take a lead role in maintaining good Client relationships for key projects under your responsibility, and look for opportunities to introduce Clients to other Colliers service lines;
• Work with marketing team in property and asset management to identify business development opportunities and participate in pitches, presentations, and contract negotiations if needed;
• Effectively manage the operation team under your charge by being proactively involved in leading and motivating your team, identifying staffing needs, conducting staff appraisals, nurturing staff's career development and ensuring proper succession planning;
• Develop a strong and effective team with high morale and reduce staff turnover as well as enhancing the capabilities of the team;
• Ensure that managed projects' operational procedures are of Colliers standards and minimize operational risks to the company as well as protecting the company's reputation and branding;
• Ensure that the financial performance of your managed projects are in line with or exceeds annual budgets set by the Company as well as meeting client expectation;
• Carry out any other assignments or business initiatives as directed by your supervisor.
