职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Provide support to the Village Operations and Services Manager in their areas of responsibilities for the Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, Landscaping, parking and Waste. Ensure services staffing levels are in line with business needs.
? Assist the Village Operations and Services Managers in the day to day management to be visible in the Village to ensure excellent hospitality and delivery of Village standards.
? Execute daily pre-opening operational checks in a timely manner, fill out the Opening reports, Trading Reports and undertake action accordingly.
? Update the task tracker keeping the Operations managers fully informed of identified risk and works required through regular progress.
? Support the Operations managers to coordinate the daily maintenance works executed by the village handymen (e.g. minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting works)
? Regular inspections of all areas for contract cleaning throughout the day, ensuring contractual obligations are met though maintaining excellent standards and hospitality.
? Control other contracted services such as, pest control, air fresheners, sanitary facilities, consumables, public telephones etc. and update the contact list.
? Control energy monitoring to ensure sustainability efficiencies are supported.
? Be fully aware of the evacuation plans and health & safety procedures. Support Operations managers with strong relations with emergency services.
? Complete all relevant documentation to support legal to include incident and accident reporting, understand the correct escalation procedures.
? Ensure that brands comply with the Village rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, use of common installations, operating hours, car parking, permits etc.
? Assist the Village Operations and Services Managers during any renovations and upgrades of operational services.
? Liaise with Retail Development to complete contractor inductions and Village house rules, hot works etc… ensuring compliance measures are met.
? Assist the operations team in the organisation, coordination and execution of special projects carried out by the village.
? Assist Operations Managers to set up, track and achieve budgets for service costs, ensure services, deliveries and supply orders are accurate.
? Seek qualified suppliers and complete the processing of creating new supplier data in system. Raise purchase orders to support the delivery of services as instructed. Complete the full payment processing according company policy.
? Deputise for the Operations admin function when required to include footfall reporting.
? Carry out preventive measures regarding Health and Safety issues in order to evaluate performance and conduct.
? Work closely together with other internal departments e.g. retail & marketing campaigns and provide operational service where needed to include offsite storage.
? Focus on the continuous improvement of your personal development plan.
? Conduct OPS rota and transfer in GHR system. Flexibility to cover operations rota to include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.
? Conduct daily briefing with SEC, ENG, Cleaning to update & share information
? Complete meeting minutes for OPS meeting, especially weekly SHV & SZV coordination meeting
? Maintain and manage the APP 外场捕手with supplier & retail staff
? Conduct monthly inventory check with relevant department
? Follow up the contract processing and filing

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

? 2 years’ similar experience gained in a service rendering environment (commercial/leisure/hospitality business) or in facility management
? “Customer Service” and “Hospitality” orientated.
? Excellent organisation and communication skills
? Physically fit and highly-motivated.
? Proactive approach, flexible and with team spirit.
? High level of English required.
? Professional and personable approach at all times.
? Availability: presence at Village during operating hours including weekends and public holidays.
