Compliance HSE Specialist for AVK SH Office

For further development and within our Group China supply activities we are looking for a HSE Compliance Specialist. Located in Shanghai you will be part our QHSE (Group Supply Chain) department.
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure that AVK and our supplier complies HSE area.
? You must contribute with your knowledge and ensure that all our selected suppliers - in short and long term - comply with China Environmental and safety requirements (based on ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 requirements).
? Conduct supplier onsite check / Audits for ISO (9001)/14001/18001.
? Can judge (from audit result and supplier documentation/reports) if our supplier complies local HSE requirements and laws.
? Strengthen our strategic work on HSE (compliance) and continuously identify AVK risk for this area.
? Create procedures and processes that secure this area
The Ideal Candidate:
? Strong approach and experience on standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
? Practical detailed knowledge to China Environmental / Safety requirements and laws.
? Proactive in accessing changes to local laws on our interests (to keep AVK up to date on this area), thus AVK can proactively maintain (and share) our supplier portfolio on current requirements.
? We expect that you have previously worked in practice with this area (like in a European based company).
? ISO 9001/14001 / OHSAS 18001 auditor.
? Good communicator on this specificity area.
? Chinese and English speaking/writing.

安全、环境或相关工程专业专科以上学历
ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001内审员
熟悉中国安全环境管理相关法律法规，尤其是铸造和机械加工方向
具备铸造或机械行业工作经验者优先
