1. 负责线缆组件新项目生产工艺评估。

Be responsible for new cable assembly process evaluation

2. 负责线缆组件WI生产工艺文件的制作及确认。

Be responsible for creating and confirming process document WI".。

3. 负责主导生产异常问题处理及生产制程改善。

Be responsible for solving production issue and improvement

4. 负责样品物料跟踪，样品制作交期确认及样品工艺，品质保证。

Be responsible for tracking new sample materials, sample lead time, ensure sample making process with high quality

5.负责替代供应商的物料规格书确认及物料承认。

Be responsible for confirming second sourcing's materials specification and material approval

6. 负责给生产部门提供必要的技术支持。

Offering cable assembly technical support to the production departments in company.

任职要求：

1.College or above 大专及以上学历。

2.3年以上线缆组件工程经验 At least three years working experiences in cable assembly enginerring

3.熟悉线缆组件的行业相关标准，IPC620，UL1581/758，IEC/VDE等标准

Know well about cable assembly standards eg:IPC620,UL1581/758,IEC/VED…etc

4.熟悉线缆组件制程加工及产品要求

Very skillful in cable assembly process and product requirements

5.懂得使用4W1E方法处理制程问题

？Can use 4W1E methods to solve production issue

6.有责任心，执行力及团队配合能力

Have the good ability of resposibility ,execution and team working
