岗位职责:
1 负责软件实施项目的盈利。
2 管理软件实施开发团队,在客户现场或公司内实施开发。在预算范围内,按时、按量地成功地完成项目。
3 确保客户满意度,维持与客户的良好关系。
4 适时向项目各方提供及时、有效的信息更新。
5 管理并积极参与项目设计,协调解决项目问题和矛盾冲突。
6 整理项目文档和项目知识。
7 积极主动管控需求变更和项目风险。
岗位要求:
1 全日制本科以上学历,计算机相关专业。
2 至少3年IT行业工作经验,含2年以上项目管理经验。
3 具有实际的软件开发/编程经验。
4 具有复杂、多阶段企业级项目管理经验。
5 持有PMP或PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master等相关项目管理证书。
6 具有多任务处理能力、人际关系能力、团队合作精神。
7 以客户为导向,能在公司和客户之间沟通协调。
8 英语读写熟练,具有口语交流能力。
9 愿意出差。
有以下条件者,优先考虑:
1 具有敏捷(尤其SCRUM)方法项目实施经验。
2 1年客户沟通管理(CCM)经验。
3 具有银行、金融服务行业项目管理经验。
4 具有外包、客户现场或利润管理项目经验。
Responsibilities
1 Responsible for the profitability of the project
2 Lead the project team on the customer’s site or internally in office, manage projects in company standards to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget
3 Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationship with project successes
4 Deliver timely and effective updates to all involved parties at the appropriate levels
5 Manage and actively participate designing solutions, resolving conflicts, and delivering solutions
6 Consolidate project documents and project knowledge
7 Acting as mediator between the project team and steering board
8 Proactive management of change and risk
Requirements
1 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience especially in computer science or related majors
2 Minimum 3 years’ IT experience with at least 2 years project management experience
3 Have real software development/programming experience
4 With experience of complex, multi-phase Enterprise project management
5 With PMP or other project management certificates such as PRINCE2, ITIL, ScrumMaster, etc.
6 Skilled in multi-tasking, interpersonal, and team leadership
7 Customer focused and able to link company with customers
8 Fluent in English (written and spoken)
9 OK with limited business travels
Good to have
1 With experience in Agile (esp. SCRUM) methodology for implementations
2 1 years of CCM experience
3 With experience in project management in banking, financial service industry
4 With experience in outsourcing, onsite customer, or project profitability management
